I’m Ngozi Iweala, an instructor specializing in confidence-building, public speaking, and customer care. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s in Business Administration, I have honed my skills through both academia and real-world experience. In 2018, I earned a Gold Award in the Global Customer Excellence Challenge, and in 2020, I won the National Speech & Debate Championship. These achievements reflect my commitment to mastering communication, and I’m dedicated to helping students develop the confidence and skills to excel in any setting.
